The Cugini Butcher's Shop and Charcuterie has been a know-how for many years.
David Pérencin had been Mr Cugini's apprentice since he was 14. After thirty years of collaboration, it was therefore natural that David and his wife Vanessa took over the Butcher's shop in 2008!
To satisfy all discerning palates, the Cugini Butchery-Charcuterie is present in Eauze, Montréal-du-gers and Nogaro.
The meat is purchased directly from local farmers, the cold cuts are homemade and a wide choice of take-away meals is offered to you every day (possibility of meals at home).
On weekends, a single dish is offered to you (paella, couscous, dishes in sauce, etc.). Catering available with hot and cold buffet without service on order.Schedules :
- Tuesday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Sunday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Closed on Monday
