A deplorable experience, a real example of anti-sales! I came to this store with the intention of buying wine, but what a disappointment from the first seconds. At the entrance, one of the saleswomen, obviously new to wine, allows herself to laugh while mentioning that I am not from the region. A lunar and totally ungrounded attitude, which sorely lacks professionalism and immediately gives the impression of contempt towards customers. Now let's talk about sales skills, or rather the lack of them. No promotion of products, no ability to advise me correctly. The service was so flat and disinterested that I had to initiate the process of purchasing a product myself. I specified that it was as a gift, and the saleswoman didn't even have the presence of mind to offer gift wrapping. Worse still, when I explicitly asked for it, she warned me that this service was not free, in a curt tone, as if I should apologize for it. And what about speed? Between the hesitations, the lost look of the salespeople and their inability to effectively manage customers, everything takes forever. It's as long as the post office, and yet there wasn't even a queue. We wonder how a business can operate with such inefficient service. It is unacceptable for a wine store to offer such poor hospitality and service. Not only do the salespeople seem totally lunatic, out of touch, and disconnected from reality, but they also lack knowledge about their products and a minimum of sales training to support customers. Result: no added value provided, no customization, no effort to make the experience pleasant. If you want quality service and real advice, go your way. This kind of attitude is quite simply a disaster for the image of a business.

We arrived with 3 friends to discover the region. Agathe welcomed us with professionalism and friendliness. She spoke to us with passion about the terroirs and we were able to taste the different wines offered for sale. If you pass by there, stop!
