    • The Mirande-Coeur d'Astarac Tourist Office welcomes you all year round, offering you adapted tours on the Bastide route, with 19 municipalities delimiting a hilly area where the key word is the sweetness of life.

Mirande, a 13th century bastide, is thus labeled Cittaslow, a city where you will take the time to live, and above all to live well!

The Heart of Astarac is full of treasures to discover on foot, by bike or on horseback, if you want to leave the car behind.

You can then set off to meet exceptional sites of our heritage, such as the Donjon de Bassoues, the Château de l'Isle de Noé or the Porte du Castelnau de Montesquiou, on the Chemin de Saint de Compostelle; from which, taking the road to the Pyrenees, you will reach the charming half-timbered buildings of Miélan.

Sports enthusiasts will benefit from a large number of activities and will be able to relax at the Ludina aqualudic center which will delight young and old.

Ideal place for a greenery, this dynamic and charming territory works to promote ecotourism initiatives. You will leave Heart of Astarac refreshed, the luggage supplemented by the tasty dishes of our slow producers.
