If you want to treat yourself, go without delay to Cazaubon at the O' 3M restaurant in Barbotan-les-Thermes, 20 minutes from Eauze. Opened by a passionate family in March 2024, this address is already renowned for its friendly welcome and its quality products.
Sit in a room with woody notes, elegant and cozy, or on the terrace if the weather permits, O' 3M welcomes you for lunch all week except Thursday. On the menu, simple and gourmet options, but also the dish of the day, meats, salads and toast accompanied by homemade fries.
