For 3 generations, in Saint-Antonin, at the gates of Auch in Gers, Christophe Roux and his wife Christelle live their passion as a producer and conservator in respect for know-how, good -being animal and the environment.
Christophe Roux himself feeds mulard ducks raised by a Gers breeder located 30 km from Empluhaut Farm. According to the Gers tradition, force-feeding is done morning and evening with whole-grain white corn for 12 days.
The products are processed in modern workshops in CE standards to offer you in our shop and on the markets always tasty and generous recipes that our grandmothers already cooked.
The “IGP Gers” label guarantees you ducks raised, force-fed and processed in the Gers.
Our recipes : whole duck foie gras in a glass, simply seasoned with salt and pepper, rillettes, hearts and duck breasts stuffed with foie gras, pâté containing 30% liver, as well as dried duck breast, cassoulet, candied, duck stew with prune…
