The Cugini Butchery-Charcuterie has had expertise for many years.
David Pérencin was Mr Cugini 's apprentice since he was 14. After around thirty years of collaboration, it was therefore natural that David and his wife Vanessa took over the Boucherie in 2008!
To satisfy all discerning palates, the Cugini Butchery-Charcuterie is present in Eauze , Montréal-du-gers and Nogaro.
The meat is purchased directly from local breeders, the cold meats are homemade and a wide choice of takeaway meals is offered to you every day (possibility of meals at home).
On weekends, a unique dish is offered to you (paella, couscous, dishes with sauce, etc.). Catering possible with cold-hot buffet without service on order.Schedules :
- Tuesday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Sunday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Closed on Mondays
