Very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite a setting that seemed promising, several points spoiled our meal. Forgetting our order, plus the endless wait, 45 minutes for a simple steak and fries, in a restaurant that is not very busy. The cooking of the meat did not correspond to our request, arriving barely blue instead of rare. The most surprising thing was the total absence of reaction to our remarks which was courteous, without even an apology or a semblance of consideration, just a well yes there is a wait. On one thing I will not return there during my future visits to the Gers.
