    • From the Vine to the Wine, from the Wine to the Armagnac, everything happens at the Domaine.

Every plot of land, every building, every garden or terrace was the subject of a look. Much more than a vineyard, Arton is the shared dream of Patrick and Victoire de Montal. It is the love of a place found, revisited and reinvented. But Arton would not be Arton if this art of living was not shared.

The Arton estate opens its doors to you, come and discover the secrets of this great Armagnac with an incomparable aromatic palette.

We invite you to paradise. After a guided tour of the vineyards and cellars, we open the doors of our very private garden, a little corner of paradise nestled between the chartreuse and the orangery, with an exceptional view of the vineyard and the Gers countryside, for a tasting gastronomic between heaven and earth. In the shade of our century-old chestnut tree, enjoy the gentle way of life on our estate to discover our fruity IGP wines, our rare Haut-Armagnac AOC and our Fine Blanche® just like at home, accompanied by delicious artisanal delicacies. An enchanted interlude to discover the Gers in a different way.
Château Arton Haut-Armagnac in the Gers, Harvesting Owner since 1991, in biodynamic and permaculture conversion.

Visits, tasting and sales at the estate

Come and discover the wide aromatic palette of our wines during a guided tasting.

On the program: panoramic view of the vines, visit to the aging cellar of our Armagnacs, tasting of our 7 wines (white, red and rosé), but especially of our Armagnacs from the Haut Armagnac appellation and the Excellence prize at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris.

Wow! Just wow! I booked this as a part of my travels, as I wanted to do a proper tour and not just a quick tasting. Didier was amazing! He made me feel so welcome and the whole tour was fascinating, entertaining and joyful, it felt so personal, I absolutely loved it! And then the tasting, what a venue! Absolutely gorgeous. I was very very lucky as I ended up with a private tour essentially, and it is something I will remember forever and Didier's enthusiasm and passion is addictive! I would recommend this to anyone (also, Didier's English was beyond perfect, thank you so much for being so kind)

What an amazing experience! We were welcomed by Didier (such a nice guy and truly passionate about the incredible work at Arton!) and had a great time… we’ve learned a lot about the whole philosophy behind the production of wine and armagnac at Chateau de Arton. The place is beautiful and it only gets better when you hear the lovely story of the owners. Our time there ended with a tasting of the amazing wines and Armagnac (really the star of the show!). If you are passing by, must make a stop!

We had an amazing experience, Lili was super passionate and an amazing story teller which made the tour really nice. The house and cellars are beautiful and the garden even prettier, with an amazing view of the winery. For the tasting they set up a table in the garden with a beautiful view of the winery which had almost a fairytale like vibe. We had incredible food coming with all the wines and the armagnac, the service was perfect! The wine tasting was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday!
